If the item you receive is defective upon receipt, please contact us via email for the options to return, exchange, or receive a refund. Requests for return or exchange
and reports of missing or damaged parts must be requested within 30 days of receiving merchandise.
Items returned must be in, as-new conditions, with the packing slips, manuals, accessories and all other items intact in the original packaging. We will not accept items that have been glued,
adjusted, or tampered with from its original form upon arrival. Returned merchandise must be received by us first before we will process and ship out any replacement products or refund the
customer. We suggest using a reputable shipping carrier that provides proof of shipment along with tracking information. In the event that a returned package does not make it back to us,
we cannot be held responsible for the loss of merchandise throughout the process.

Shipping and handling charges for all orders are non-refundable; because we have paid the shipment organization to send the shipment and they will NOT refund
the postage cost back to us after the delivery has been processed. Customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost to send a product back to our facility. For
returned merchandise that is found to be genuinely defective, we will ship out a replacement for free (we pay for the replacement shipping cost) and will not charge additional shipping and handling
